  Horrible place. Went to trim my hair , not only was the person cutting my hair on her phone and completely ignoring most of what i said.. but she left my hair crooked and uneven. Oh ! and to top it off she was asking me if it looked straight to me ?? IDK AREN'T you a lisenced cosmetologist ????? Ridiculous, I will be going back to get a refund.

  Since they've remodeled, it's been terrible. Only 1 or 2 stylists work at a time, even though there's like 10 stations. And even then, the stylists seem to be more interested in their phones and talking to each other, rather than helping customers.
